Recorded Deed Restrictions for the Rotonda Lakes Conservation Association subdivision provide for Architectural Review and Approval by the Association for any type of New Construction.
The following Guidelines are for all new home construction in conjunction with the Deed Restrictions.
Prior to the Start of Any Construction the Following Forms & Items Must be Submitted for Review:
A Plans Review & Inspection Fee (non-refundable) payable to Rotonda Lakes Conservation Association, Inc. must accompany your application. A refundable Clean Site Program fee must also be submitted with your application. Please review the Building Guidelines documents and obtain the applications by clicking on the buttons below:

Rotonda Lakes Residential Modification Form
Any changes, alterations or modifications to the exterior of your property must first be approved by the RLCA Residential Modification Committee and Board of Directors.
