Rotonda Lakes Amenities Overview

Community Park

The Community Park features a wandering walking path along one of the community's largest lakes and offers a variety of opportunities for wildlife watching. The Community Park is located at 109 David Blvd, Rotonda West, FL 33947 and is open from Dawn to Dusk. Please leave the Community Park in the same condition you found it. Take all trash with you.

Lakes & Canals

The chain of lakes and canals in the community are beautiful to look at, provide good fishing and great natural habitat for birds, ducks and fish. They are also part of the storm water management plan for the Lakes subdivision.
The real purpose of the lakes and canals is to keep the area from flooding in the event there is a major rainstorm. All rain water from the roads and your property is designed to flow into these lakes. The lakes are owned by the Association and it is our responsibility to maintain them.
The lakes and canals are reserved for use by Association members and registered tenants only, not the public. As a member, please be courteous and do not fish directly behind/alongside someone’s house or yard. State mandated licenses and rules apply to all fishing in Rotonda Lakes. All guests must be accompanied by a property owner or registered tenant while using Association property. If you suspect someone is trespassing, call the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Department non-emergency number: 941 639-0013.
